Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Used or opened products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos at maarsnaturals@gmail.com.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
