Shipping policy

At Maars Naturals, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We currently ship across India. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and courier partner availability. Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.

If a delivery is delayed or fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
